Shipping is free, worldwide, on every order — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

• United States — 5–9 business days
• United Kingdom & Ireland — 3–6 business days
• Canada & Australia — 6–10 business days

You'll receive a tracking link the moment your piece ships.

Returns

Standard pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your original payment method.

Made-to-measure (Bespoke) pieces are made for your cat alone and are final sale.
