How does sizing work?
Three measurements — neck, chest and back — are matched to our size chart. Visit our Size Guide for the full measuring guide and video tutorial. If a standard piece isn't the right fit, it may be returned within 14 days, subject to our return policy.
How long until my order arrives?
Each piece is made to order in our Turkish atelier within 3–5 business days, then shipped with tracking. Complimentary tracked shipping to the US, UK, IE, CA & AU Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.
Is the fabric safe for my cat?
We select fabrics with comfort and everyday wear in mind. Each piece is designed without loose buttons, cords or small detachable parts that could present a swallowing hazard. Please supervise your cat when introducing clothing and discontinue use if they show signs of discomfort.
Can my cat wear this all day?
Our pieces are designed for comfortable everyday wear, but every cat is different. Introduce clothing gradually and supervise your cat at first. Remove the garment if your cat shows signs of stress, discomfort or overheating.
My cat has never worn clothes. Where do I start?
The Cloud Sweater is a gentle place to start, with a lightweight feel and relaxed fit. Begin with short sessions, use treats and positive reinforcement, and gradually increase wear time as your cat becomes comfortable.
Will I pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges depending on the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We provide tracking on every order, but customs processing times and fees are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.
Do you make clothes for cats with fur?
Yes. WHISKERHOME is designed with Sphynx anatomy at its core, while many of our pieces can also be worn by cats with fur. For the best fit, we recommend taking your cat's measurements and checking our Size Guide before ordering.
What's your return policy?
Standard pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. Made-to-measure (Bespoke) pieces are made specifically for your cat and are non-returnable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
